Reservations Rules & Regulations:
  • Please note that booking procedure is referred to the Rules of the State of Kuwait.
  • Reservation is not permitted for persons under the age of 21 years.
  • The hotel does not bear any responsibility in the event of losing valuable items from jewelry or otherwise, due to its provision of safety deposit box service in the reception department against 50 KD as deposit returned after the check-out and handing the key back to front desk.
  • It is forbidden to use white towels outside the chalet or room, and in case they are lost, they will be charged during check out; Swimming pool towels can be used according to Conditions and Regulations.
Documents required to complete the reservation process:
  • Copy of Marriage Certificate.
  • Copy of Civil Ids (Husband, Wife and Children).
  • 50, - KD Deposit for Rooms – Block by Credit Card ONLY.
  • 100, - KD Deposit for Chalets or Villas – Block by Credit Card ONLY. 
Check in – Check out Times:
  • Check In will start at 3.00 PM.
  • Check Out Room\Chalet at 12.00 PM
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring food and drinks onto the hotel grounds.
For your safety and in the interest of us to provide the best services and make your stay with us quiet and comfortable, please adhere to the following:
The number of residents allowed for each type of Units (Rooms\Chalets):
  • Rooms: Adults 2, Kids Under (6) 1, Extra person with Fees 1, Visitor with Fees 2.
  • Studio: Adults 2, Kids Under (6) 1, Extra person with Fees 1, Visitor with Fees 2.
  • 2 Bedroom Chalet: Adults 4, Kids Under (6) 2, Extra person with Fees 2, Visitor with Fees 2.
  • 3 Bedroom Chalet: Adults 6, Kids Under (6) 3, Extra person with Fees 3, Visitor with Fees 4.
  • 4 Bedroom Chalet: Adults 8, Kids Under (6) 4, Extra person with Fees 4, Visitor with Fees 6.
Additional Information:
  • The number of residents allowed for each type of Units (Rooms\Chalets):
  • An amount of (KD 25) is added per night for each additional person intending to stay in the chalet, and the number of people does not exceed according to the previous schedule.
  • An amount of (KD 10) is paid for each visitor, provided that the number of visitors does not exceed the limit mentioned in the previous table
  • It is not allowed to exceed this limit of visitors in order to preserve the comfort of the residents, and it receives visitors from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Each visitor is required to present a Civil ID to the security employee at the external gate, and it is retrieved upon departure on the same day, and in the case of a claim on the next day, the visitor pays an additional amount of (KD 20).
  • It is allowed to accompany (1) maid as a free accompaniment for the 3 and 4 Bedrooms villas Only, and in case of adding another maid, an amount of (KD10) must be paid per night
Car Parking:
The number of cars allowed for each type of Units in the Resort:
  • 2 Bed Rooms Chalet: 1 Car.
  • 3 Bed Rooms Chalet: 1 Car.
  • 4 Bed Rooms Chalet: 2 Cars.
  • Room’s guests: will park the Car in the Outside Parking.
  • All guests: are obligated to park his car in the allotted allowance.
  • It is strictly forbidden to enter visitors' cars, except on a temporary basis. (Except upload & unload)
General Terms:
  • Please observe the instructions and rules stated on the billboards throughout the resort, especially at the entrances to the swimming area.
  • Everyone is asked to maintain calm after ten o'clock at night, and children are required not to cause any inconvenience to others, and loud music or loud television is prohibited.
  • Children aged six and above are prohibited from driving bicycles in public areas and in front of chalets and restaurants.
  • It is prohibited in the resort to use fireworks and dangerous games that threaten the safety of others or cause inconvenience.
  • It is forbidden to spread clothes and hang other personal items outside the chalets; from its windows or balconies.
  • It is prohibited to enter animals into the resort without the prior approval of the administration.
  • The management of the Resort has the right to ask the guest to compensate for any losses he caused in the housing unit or lost items. Residents of chalets and villas are also required to sign an inventory of the contents of the residential unit to be taken into account upon checking upon arrival and departure.
  • The cost of the local call in the residential units is (150 fills per call).
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring gas cylinder to the park or to use them inside the chalet. It is also forbidden to smoke hookah in chalets or lofts, or to set fire or charcoal to roast food inside chalets or on the beach or public places without what the hotel offers.
  • The management has the right to ask guests who do not abide by the Rules & Regulations of the security team to leave the resort without refunding the amounts paid
  • The security employee at the resort gate has the right to check all items in the cars entering the resort, and he asks the driver and all passengers to fully adhere to these conditions.
  • It is prohibited to enter restaurants and grills from outside the resort.
Conditions for canceling a reservation:
  • In case of reservation is canceled 7 days before the date of entry, the full amount paid will be returned without fees
  • In case of reservation is canceled between 72 hours and 7 days before the date of entry, the remaining amount paid will be returned, minus 25% of the reservation amount.
  • In case of reservation is canceled within 72 hours before the date of entry, the amount of one night will be deducted from the reservation value and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
  • If you want to change the date of the "paid" reservation, the change must be made 3 days before the date of entry as a minimum. The price is calculated according to the prices announced for the new period and the guest pays the price difference in the event of an increase. In the event of a decrease, none of the difference is refunded.
  • In the case of special packages and offers (special discounts or packages: Liberation Eid - Eid Al Fitr - Eid Al Adha - New Year ...), all paid reservations are not subject to cancellation or change of date at all, and none of the paid amount is refunded.
  • In the event that the amount is due to be refunded according to the above:
  • If the amount was paid by K-Net or by credit card, refunds will be made within 14 working days from the date of cancellation by means of a bank check issued by the hotel in the name of the person holding the reservation.
  • In the event of delay in the aforementioned departure date, 10 KD will be deducted from the security deposit for each hour of delay.
  • The management of the Resort is not responsible for any death, injury, losses or damages of any kind that is natural for the guest or his family members or visitors while they are in the resort.
  • The management of the Resort has the right to add other items to the aforementioned items or amend them in response to the necessity of life developments without the need to announce that in advance.
